In this Not Just Analytics update

We have implemented several updates related to the metrics available within the subscription features of Not Just Analytics, aligning them with the latest Instagram API regulations.

“General” business data analysis

✅ Removal of the “Click Through Rate” and “Follower Conversion” metrics. This change comes as Instagram’s API no longer provides data on profile visits and link-in-bio clicks at a general level (only for individual posts and only for Single Image and Carousel formats). As a result, we had to remove these metrics where they were previously used.

✅ The “Click Through Rate” and “Follower Conversion” cards, available in “Nerd” mode, have been replaced by “Shareability Index” and “Unfollow Rate”:

• • Shareability Index: Measures how shareable your profile is. This is useful for evaluating your overall strategic work if you’re an SMM or for showcasing to potential clients if you’re a creator. The metric ranges from 0% to 100%, divided into five tiers, allowing you to assess where your profile stands.
  • Unfollow Rate: A metric already present in NJL, now enhanced with a five-tier classification to help you better evaluate your profile’s retention performance.

“Post” business data analysis

✅ Replacing the “Impression” metric with “Views” in all instances where it was previously used. This change ensures alignment with Instagram’s latest data structure and anticipates the update scheduled for April 21, when Impressions will be officially removed from Meta’s API (this time, they gave us a heads-up).

✅ New “Shareability” goal added to the “Top Posts” section, making it easier to identify your most engaging content and determine which format helps you achieve the highest virality.

✅ New data available in the “Detailed Analysis” table

• • For Single Image and Carousel formats, the following new data points are now available for each individual post: Shares, Link-in-bio Clicks, and Profile Visits.
  • For Reels, the new available metrics are: Shares and Views. However, the Reels format does not include link-in-bio clicks, profile visits, or new followers, as these metrics are not provided by Instagram’s official API.

 

These updates are now live for all Not Just Analytics subscriptions.
