It has set up a special group, which includes Not Just Analytics, to create new rules aimed at regulating and improving the industry. This move showcases AGCOM’s role in monitoring and ensuring fair practices in Italy’s digital and communications sectors.

This means that passwords do not need to be shared, eliminating the risk of compromising accounts. Moreover, using the official APIs ensures that the reach results of Instagram profiles are not negatively affected.

Can companies see the messages of creators or take actions on their profiles? No, brands do NOT have access to personal profiles or messages of influencers. Companies can only view aggregated business data, such as averages, percentages, and general qualitative data.
